Connie Sparks, CEO

The owner and leader of Complete Bookkeeping Solutions, Connie was born and raised in a business family. Connie started Complete Bookkeeping Solutions in 1997 after many years of management and business experience. Always an entrepreneur, Connie started her first business at the age of 22!

Connie consistently dedicates herself to expanding her skill set and staying up to date. Throughout her career, she has earned a reputation as a trusted and valued business and software advisor, serving numerous businesses. Connie's qualifications include being an Intuit QuickBooks® Desktop Certified ProAdvisor and a QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor. Additionally, she has accumulated valuable experience as a Sage 50 Platinum Certified Consultant during her 20-year tenure with the Sage Partner Program. Connie was also an active member of CPB Canada from October 2007 to June 2023, where she held the Certified Professional Bookkeeper status from 2008 to 2023. Although she has chosen to cancel her membership, her contributions to the organization as both 9 plus years as the  Edmonton Regional Network Chair/Regional Developer and a Board Member for 6 years.

Connie loves the outdoors and you will find her in the mountains most weekends throughout the summer, often riding her motorcycle to get there! Living an active healthy lifestyle is important to Connie as well as spending time with her family and friends.
